Riversdale Massage is based in south Liverpool, my clinic is easily accessible and I provide tailored treatments to help you recover from injury, stress and chronic pain, keeping your body working at its full potential.

THE TREATMENT SESSION:

Our first appointment will start with a consultation, before the treatment commences where I can assess your needs and requirements. There is also a short questionnaire to complete regarding your past health history, also some lifestyle related questions.

My treatments are for everyone. I treat people from all walks of life from office workers who spend long periods sitting at a desk, construction workers and avid gym goers who lift heavy loads and players of all sports. I can help with most things from general aches and pains, sports related injuries and rehabilitation.
